But today, Los Angeles faces challenges that feel like a turning point—housing shortages, catastrophic climate risks, inequality, and even the tarnished reputation of its iconic industries like Hollywood.

Yet, as any Angeleno will tell you, LA thrives on transformation. Much like the mythical Phoenix, Los Angeles is poised to rise from its ashes, bolder, stronger, and more innovative than ever before. Let’s take a look at what the next 10 years could hold for the City of Angels.
